Five Feldenkrais lessons done while you walk.  Taught by Mark Reese, Feldenkrais trainer.
The five Awareness Through Movement exercises included in this set are the result of Mark Reese’s investigation into the function and improvement of walking. The exercises focus on balance, coordination, posture, rhythm and timing. This excellent program is intended to be used with a walkman-type CD player while walking and will be especially beneficial for people who walk as a primary means of exercise.
