A few minutes of Feldenkrais can give you the flexibility and postural benefits of hours of stretching exercises.

Functional Integration (FI) is a one-to-one approach where learning, change and improvement are achieved through the use of specific skilled manipulation and passive movements, individualized for the (client’s) particular needs. Functional Integration is gentle, subtle, effective, and widely recognized for its ability to address both minor aches and pains, and serious muscular-skeletal and neurological problems, chronic tension, and the developmental problems of children.
Our Feldenkrais Practitioners have experience in applying Functional Integration with such physical difficulties as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, repetitive strain injury, scoliosis, stroke, chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain, head injuries, TMJ pain, the issues of performing artists, and athletes, etc.
We also teach private Awareness Through Movement lessons one-on-one. Here the lesson is tailored to your individual needs, and the practitioner focuses on your specific questions and issues. The lessons are recorded onto CD so you can continue your learning and practice at home. Private ATM lessons compliment your Functional Integration lessons and, when combined, they create a comprehensive program of improvement and a deeper understanding of how to sustain the improvements you make.

As a career dancer and teacher, I am no longer feeling daily discomfort from the over-use of muscle groups, and I am more efficient with teaching movement. I truly believe that whatever you are pursuing in life, Feldenkrais can help you achieve your goal in a clear and gentle way.
- Lise Weber-Frutchey, Dancer and Choreographer
