The institute offers 3-hour evening workshop twice a month on Tuesdays (usually the second and fourth Tuesday of the month). These workshops offer you an excellent opportunity to investigate particular themes of movement and particular functions in greater detail. You’ll also learn the cumulative power of doing two or three lessons in a row, and have a chance to learn some of the anatomy and physiology involved in particular patterns of action.
If you thought “24” was just a TV show or the number of hours in the day, it is also the number of vertebrae in your spine! These four evening workshops will give you a healthier, happier and clearer understanding of how your spine works best and what’s going wrong when it doesn’t.
