A workshop for something New Yorkers do a lot of…

Our body is designed to walk, and some of us walk a lot. The average New Yorker takes over 5,000 steps a day and walks 92,000 miles in a lifetime. But walking is not a comfortable or pleasurable activity for everyone. Many people feel tense, achy and uncomfortable while walking. The Feldenkrais ® exercises featured in this workshop will help you to reduce stiffness in your muscles and joints so that you can walk with greater ease. Join us to learn effective strategies to enhance this important activity.
